about the INPA 10

For the INPA 10 Manifest received 1519 submissions from 351 artists in 43 states and 11 countries. Entries represented works made from 2018 through mid-2020. The publication will include 120 works by 59 artists from 34 states, and 4 countries including Canada, England, Ireland, and the United States. Written submissions by Sutton Allen, Anne Keener, and Gregory McCullough are also included.

Fifteen volunteer professional and academic advisors qualified in the fields of art, design, criticism, and art history juried the tenth International Painting Annual. The process of selection was by anonymous blind jury, with each jury member assigning a quality rating for artistic merit to each work submitted. The entries receiving the highest average combined score are included in this publication.
