LEGACY BOOKSTORE

As our painting, drawing and photography annuals age, they retain their intrinsic value. As our publication history expands, our book vault capacity diminishes. In order to make room on our shelves we've created the Legacy Bookstore, offering the older editions of each of our annual publications at reduced rates. Each publication surveys a three year timeframe, marking the state of the visual arts during that specific period in time and pinning the works on the map of history. (Three volumes offered below are international IPPY book prize winners in their respective categories!) OUR BOOKS AS COLLEGE COURSE SUPPLEMENTS

For going on two decades our books have been used extensively as course supplements and reference books by professors and teachers of painting, drawing, and photography. As such they sit on many an office shelf in universities around the world, with some being kept on permanent reference book carts to be used classroom to classroom.

We launched Manifest Press with the goal that our books would survey and collect excellent examples of drawing, painting, and photography made during the sliding three-year window represented by each subsequent volume, and therefore make ideal course supplements for the academic classroom/studio. The variety and global nature of the works included are amplified by the annual nature of the publications.

For educators and educational institutions only we would be happy to provide class-sized quantities of any individual book at an even greater discounted price. Please contact us by emailing us here to inquire about purchasing our books as course supplements.
