An evening in the studio... EXPLORING NEW LUMINANCE THROUGH HISTORICAL PRECEDENT Saturday, September 2, 6-10pm
Known for his magnificent pastel renderings of the figure, Robinson will guide us through his process of capturing luminance through color and light while completing a drawing from direct observation. Robinson, along with special guest artists Ellina Chetverikova and Taylor Woolwine will draw for approximately 2½ hours with a brief wine/refreshment intermission, and conclude with an audience-inclusive discussion. Seating will be provided, and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Observers are welcome to come and go quietly throughout the evening’s demonstration.
